Miller & Carter has no Blue Light Card discount. It has no listing on Blue Light Card’s site, so showing the card at the steakhouse saves nothing.
Blue Light Guide is an independent guide and isn’t affiliated with Blue Light Card Ltd. For your account, verification or payments, use the official Blue Light Card website or app.
Its sister chains do better. Toby Carvery takes 20% off food and Harvester takes 15%, but only from Monday to Friday.
There’s a second catch. Both chains run free clubs that give new members 25% off food once, which beats the card on that first visit.
Three Checks on Miller & Carter
Three checks on 25 October 2026 all came back empty. Blue Light Card has no Miller & Carter offer page under any of its usual web addresses, and no Miller & Carter gift card page.
The brand is also missing from Blue Light Card’s A to Z of 578 brands, which goes straight from Michael Kors to Millets.

It isn’t on Blue Light Card’s restaurant or pub pages either, and none of the 202 articles in the Blue Light Card help centre mention it. So there’s no code, QR code or Shopping Card to claim before a steak night.
Miller & Carter rewards regulars through its own free Masters of Steak Club instead. You get a glass of Prosecco after you download the app and register. After that, each visit earns 100 points, once a day, when you spend at least £15.
Reach 400 points and you become a VIP, with a free cocktail every month and a birthday treat. At 800 points there’s a bottle of Moët. Points expire 24 months after you register.
Toby Takes 20% and Harvester 15%
Toby Carvery, Harvester and Miller & Carter all belong to Mitchells & Butlers, which runs more than 1,700 pubs and restaurants. They don’t share one Blue Light Card deal, though.
| Chain | Member offer | Days it works | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toby Carvery | 20% off food | Monday to Friday | Food only, and 20% off click and collect |
| Harvester | 15% off food | Monday to Friday | Food only, and 20% off click and collect |
| Miller & Carter | No offer | None | Nothing listed on Blue Light Card |
Both rates cover food only. Blue Light Card’s Harvester page says the discount is limited to food between Monday and Friday. Its pub listing gives Toby Carvery 20% off the food bill on the same days.
Collection orders get a deal of their own. Blue Light Card’s takeaway listing shows 20% off click and collect at both chains, the same rate as Stonehouse.

That listing doesn’t show the days or how to order, so open the offer in the app first. For delivery apps, our Just Eat, Deliveroo and Greggs guide covers what members get there.
All Bar One, another Mitchells & Butlers brand, takes 20% off food from Sunday to Friday. Our restaurant discounts by chain has the rates and days at other chains.
Show Staff the QR Code
Both restaurant offers start in your Blue Light Card account, and Toby Carvery adds a couple of rules of its own.
- Pick a weekday. Toby Carvery’s own Blue Light page for its Park Place restaurant in Mitcham gives 20% off food Monday to Friday, but not on special days.
- Log in to the Blue Light Card app, search for Toby Carvery or Harvester and open the offer. Read its terms first, because days and exclusions can change.
- Leave other deals off the bill. Toby Carvery’s Park Place page says the Blue Light discount can’t be used with any other discount or promotion.
- When you pay, show the code or QR code the offer gives you, plus your digital card if staff ask. Blue Light Card says its Toby Carvery offer usually uses a QR code shown when you pay the bill.
- Check the receipt. The 20% or 15% should come off the food, not the drinks.

The digital card in the app is accepted at most venues, so the plastic one can stay at home. Our guide to using Blue Light Card in store shows the app screens.
25% Off for Joining Either Club
Both chains run free loyalty clubs, and each one starts with a better discount than the card.
Sign up to the Carvery Club on Toby Carvery’s website or app and you get 25% off the adult food bill once. It’s valid Monday to Saturday for up to six people, and it also works on click and collect through Toby’s own site. It doesn’t cover Sundays, bank holidays, kids’ meals, drinks, set menus or buffets.
Harvester’s Flavour Fan Club gives the same 25% off food on your next visit. Its voucher runs Monday to Sunday, so it even works at weekends, though not on bank holidays.

Don’t count on adding the card on top. Blue Light Card’s own pub FAQ says most venues won’t combine its discounts with other promotions or loyalty schemes. If your meal falls on a Saturday, the club voucher is the only one of the two that works.
Both clubs also add a stamp in the app each time you pay, once a day. The third stamp brings a free adult main and the fifth takes 30% off your bill.
10% Gift Cards for NHS Staff
Blue Light Card doesn’t sell gift cards for any of the three chains. None of them is on its gift card list, and their gift card web addresses say the page could not be found. Coffee chains are different, and our Costa, Starbucks and Subway guide covers the discounted gift cards there.
Health Service Discounts fills that gap for NHS and healthcare staff. It’s free to join, and it sells Miller & Carter, Toby Carvery and Harvester gift cards at 10% off, for any amount down to the penny.

You spend them in the restaurant. Toby Carvery’s gift card terms say its cards work at any Toby Carvery or other Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK, but not online or at franchised sites. Balances last 24 months from the last time money goes on or comes off the card.
Health Service Discounts also sells the Dining Out Card at 10% off. It works at more than 1,700 Mitchells & Butlers venues, Miller & Carter included. Paying with a gift card still earns Masters of Steak Club points, as long as you spend at least £15.
A £71 Steak Night for Two
Say two of you book Miller & Carter’s Mid-Week Set Menu, which runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3pm. At its starting price of £35.50 a head, the bill comes to £71.
A Blue Light Card takes nothing off. An NHS worker who loads £71 onto a Miller & Carter gift card through Health Service Discounts pays £63.90 for it, a saving of £7.10. A club member still earns 100 points for the visit.

Spend the same £71 on food at Toby Carvery on a weekday and the card takes off £14.20. Harvester’s 15% is worth £10.65. Either saving covers the £4.99 membership fee more than twice.
Set menu prices vary by restaurant, and some steaks carry a supplement, so check your local menu before you book. For other places to eat out, our Blue Light Card discounts list has the rates by brand.
