Nike Direct vs JD Sports
Blue Light Card gives you 10% off full-price items at Nike and JD Sports offers 20% off the same brands through the same card.
On a £100 pair of Nike trainers, you save £10 at Nike direct versus £20 at JD Sports.
JD Sports publicly advertises their 20% Blue Light Card discount, covering Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and other major brands.

You can only use the discount with one retailer per purchase not both.

| Retailer | Discount | Brands |
|---|---|---|
| Nike Direct | 10% off full price | Nike only |
| JD Sports | 20% off full price | Nike, Adidas, New Balance, others |
| UNiDAYS | 10-15% off | Multiple brands |
| Nike+ Member Sales | Varies 5-20% | Nike only |
Real World Example
A £100 Nike Air Max trainer costs £90 at Nike direct 10% off but £80 at JD Sports 20% off.

Shopping for Adidas Nike direct doesn’t offer any discount, JD Sports is your only Blue Light Card option.
A single £50 purchase at 10% off Nike saves you £5, breaking even immediately.

Shopping Card vs Discount Code
Nike’s Shopping Card is a credit line offering financing and Nike+ member benefits. The discount code offers instant 10% off full price items.
Use the code for immediate savings on most full price buys.
The Shopping Card makes sense only if you’re financing a large purchase and the financing benefits outweigh the 10% discount.
